I don’t see it as a bug.
They said that UA will always teleport you to your starting target. So if that target teleports it teleports you to that target. Seems fine imo.
This should be working as intended if it isn’t, that way it’d actually give portal a counter(?)

I had several of these interesting shadowsteps as well. Read the tooltip and it said he teleports through the mists to the target so maybe working as intended. Would be nice atleast.
