Visual continuity
To be honest, i hate the hand glow. I understand why they did it so other can see in what legend you are currently.like the visual on elementalist hands. But its, compared to the Elementalist toooo big and also out of fight. Which i realy hate! People(most Roleplayer like me) hate alltime visuals that can’t be turned off at all ( looking at you guardian aegis).
In fight the visual is okay, out of fight, even wizh drwan weapons, remove the visuals! (Elementalist, Guardian and Revenant)

You have a good point there. Removing the glow on the hand while out of combat makes sense. Also an option for tuning down or removing certain effect would be great.
But I think for the purpose of identifying the legend, the glow is not really suited. For example the colors of Jalis and Glint are very similar. Which also applies for the color of Ventari (if it existed) and Shiro.
At OP, the Ventair missing glow is a known issue and Roy has noted it.
On the hand glow functionality, I feel quite the opposite: I think the effect should be increased a bit more. Some gauntlets hide it too much. Also, it needs to stay on the hands all the time, not just in combat only.
and why should it? there is no value in having it all time.
