In order to buff rev what if each legend gained a passive like….

- Shiro- +10% outgoing damage and +10% Endurance regeneration while in shiro.

- Jalis- – 15% incoming damage and – 10% condi duration while in Jalis.

-Mallyx- +15% Condi out going damage and duration while in Mallyx.

- Ventari- +20% healing and passive heal in 600 radius every 5 seconds in Ventari.

- Glint- groan every 3 seconds in Glint…… JK

- Glint- Increase the effects of boons by 5% in Glint and heal for 30 health for every upkeep skill every second

Now I don’t think this will happen and I’m clueless on what would actually be balanced but I just thought this would be an interesting idea and maybe Anet will take it into consideration.

I will literally accept any buff they give to the rev at this point…

I just wish energy costs for rev’s weapons were removed, man. I cri evry tiem ;(

i think more balanced way to do it would be.

Shino after 5 critical hits gain 1 unblockable hit. 1 second CD

Jails take incress max HP an to allies each Condition type on you by 1%.

Mally when you have 5 or more condition on you each con you apply know add blind. 1 second CD

Ventari Well tablet is active it passively increases the incoming HP of allies around it by 1% pre second for total of 10 stacks. 10 target

Glint i cant really think of a way to passively improve glint.

that just my idea of how i would balance it ^^. i think giving a class direct % mod is overall i bad idea it need to be more core mech then simple number change.

the buff should corespond with the theme of the legend

jalis point bunker – more protection uptime with more retaliation . more frequent cc and stunbreak and more conditions handling
to do so the elite should cost less or make it last longer as it stunbreak and reduce dmg and condition dmg
give the traits less cd and way to prlong the retaliation and protection uptime

ventari – healer . atm need fine tuning with less nrg for condi cleanse abilities and less cd on them. some sort of stunbreak and acess to stability

shiro – the more dmg you take the more dungereus you become. more unblockable skills

glint – boons buffer. atm seems ok . the healing skill needs redesign. it should heal more and the dmg which turn to heal should be less

mallyx – seems ok the problem is with the weapon skills imo
