I am planning to create this class for this after I finally manage to kill mordremoth. So what race goes the best with it in lore like fashion and of course the race skills.

No racial skills for revenants. So on this every Race is the same

Human can get a Ritualist/Dervish style
Sylvari can go the Ventari as Legend way
Norn are all about legends, but actually only the personal ones not others

Why does it get more skills then other classes?

I went Sylvari simply because the armor looked crazy on every other race, but that’s just personal preference…plus you get a little bit of a different view of the HoT content as a Sylvari.

Revenant has no specific race/lore identification the way some classes (like Charr and engineers) do. As a matter of fact, racial skills don’t even work for Revenants because they weren’t balanced to utilize the energy system.

As usual, I think it seems a touch sillier to play an Asura as a Revenant due to how small they are and how physical he class is, but it’s easy o conceptualize some kind of prosthetic assistance in their armor, especially the racial gear.

Sylvari for the extra Herald Dragon power and Ventari Tablet is our birth right.

Plus our telepathic link to the Dream probably gives us better channeling focus.

Sylvari for bioluminescence and personal story.

Salads are bad. Even for dinner. Meal is the king. First rev is a charr. Thats enough i believe

Norn, because Norn.

Asura (Master race) > charr > sylvari > norn > human (disgusting species).

Human > Norn > Sylvari > Charr.

What I think is the best races for a Revenant.

I chose Male Asura purely because they’re tiny… However I’m undecided on whether I prefer my Male Norn or not. It’s 50/50. With my outfits etc Asura works better.

Charr is the best fit for anything.
