after 4 years of never understanding why some skills and elite skills can not be used under water and just adjusting to this fact I got to set up my rev and OMG only 2 of the 5 specializations can be used here is my thought on this here we are in a setting where aquatic battle can take place but I must come up with a build and skill set for land based battle not take this build and jump in the water kitten half my skill only work on land and I only have 1 or2 to replace 4 of them and the rev well if you only run with demon and assassin your golden but dwarf centaur or herald combo you better stop and change your build or you wont have squat now had some one thought of this if you have aquatic pvp /wvw i’d put my money on it that in intrest of game balance this would not be

While it is lame to be so limited underwater, all you really need is to double tap natural resonance for full buffs, spear 4 or phase traversal to close the gap, and then pop impossible odds and watch the ridiculous spear 2 AA demolish pretty much any other class.
