Tested while dueling with friends in private spvp lobby. He stacked confusion alone on me and staff #4 would fail to remove it. It simply would not remove anything at all.
At other moments, he stacked over 7 stacks of torment (no other condis), and staff #4 only removed a few stacks of torment, rather than all stacks.
Not sure what is going on exactly, but it doesn’t work consistently.
It’s not consistent. I’ve had it remove conditions, not remove conditions, remove from allies but not myself, remove from myself and not allies.
