I can’t understand this.
Are you disappointed with the cooldowns on skills and utilities? They’re really quite low and most people are fine with it…
Even if I understand the overall feeling, balance comes into the game at some point.
Energy management allows us to have generally a bit stronger skill since they sorta share the same global cooldown but this would mess up with balance since we could spam CC and you cant put it on high energy otherwise you’ll never use it. It’s math/economy applied to skills.
So well it had to go that way to have balnced skills but overall better ones.

The cooldowns are needed for the more powerful skills. I would have added cooldowns to more skills if I were Roy.

Because energy + cooldowns is much better at balancing skills than just having one of them available.

New UA has gotten 10 seconds and it’s not at all powerful with no CC anymore.
