Mallyx elite shouldn’t have any 5s CD, what they did was to add an internal CD to the trait that gives you 2 seconds of resistance when you use whatever Mallyx skill.
About the 10% speed on revival, how do you know? I used it yesterday and I didn’t felt it wasn’t working.
