venom enhancement doesn’t go off when I apply torment via the sigils or runes.
is this a bug or working as is?.

venom enhancement: when you apply torment, also apply poison
superior sigil or tormnt: 50% chance on crit to apply aoe torment

I haven’t used this, but think I recall seeing in another thread that it has an unlisted cooldown. I may be thinking of something else, though.

i just tested it in HoTM, torment does apply poison but i’m not sure if it’s rampage vex that applied poison or the sigil

doesnt really matter tbh, that trait has 20 ICD, you have 33% chance already to apply torment, you will literally proc it every time even without the sigil
