why Phase Smash will teleport back
Already stated in another thread: why not split the skills:
Activating it once leaps you in and deals DMG
Activating it a 2nd time will port you back (of course onlz with a small time frame to port back)
why Phase Smash(Revenant hammer 3 skill) will teleport back,not only leap
cuz hammer is a ranged weapon – you don’t need a gap closer on a ranged weapon

You need kiting tools tho. Right now hammer has none. I still want that launch on 4 to give it also other use outside of anti projectile tool. Doesnt make much sense when x weapon require you to stay at range but theres no tools at all to archieve it unlike say ranger longbow.

I can use this skill to jump near the target, and then swap melee weapons

actually you have enough mobility on shiro utils but i see what you mean- But i would rather see a knockback added to #4 instead of a toggleable “leap back”

what? i tried that last beta – it didn’t worked! – maybe i always swapped after the leap back animation started? → sounds definitively not intended

If i use impossible odds to run i wont deal any damage – energy waste. If i use shadows then im wasting too much energy as well on something that inst really worth it. It doesnt cover that much distance at all. I rather keep it for stunbreaks/extra dodges or jade winds. Pretty much despite having access to wep swap if you equip hammer and face some melee builds like d/d ele, gs+ham war youre pretty much forced to stay in your melee set as swapping back to hammer is suicide in current state due to lack of kiting tools. If swap was 5sec recharge then it would be a complete different thing tho.
As for swapping at the end of leap i didnt tried that and why should i? I want to continue bashing with hammer.
