Hello, im new in guild wars 2. And i want to learn about the legendary dagger incinerator.
I saw somewhere that if you craft/buy 1 you will have and the main hand and the off hand. Is this true? Also when you craft/buy a legendary weapon, you can share it with your other characters? If yes, how?

Legendary weapons are account bound just like ascended accessories.

You can only wield 1 incinerator, but by using the wardrobe feature you are able to transmutate some other daggar into incinerator and thereby you are able to dual wield them.

You unlock the skin and can put it on any other dagger you like. It won’t be a 2nd Legendary; it’ll just have the skin.

Just had an impression Legendaries were unique like ascended accessories.
