When looking at my bleed durations in the tool tip if I unequip either the afflicted or krait bleed duration doesnt change. It is still rounding up on duration so at 6 3/4 I am still getting a 7 second bleed but I am wondering if they changed this somewhere.

Tool tips don’t usually account for rune or sigil effects. You should still be getting the effect when you actually apply the bleed though.

It works but tooltips usually don’t show proper function with runes or sigils.

As you said, if you use both, in combination with 25 DA and 2*Sigil of Agony, go to a PvP golem and shoot 1 time (remove autoattack) count the number of ticks and you will see it’s working as intended with 7 ticks (175% of 4) instead of what the tooltip says.

Tooltips are something that they need to change because they’re a complete mess. Some of them don’t even say what the skill can do correctly (like leaving the Shadow Refuge removing Stealth, ot some of the new wintersday pvp skills).
