gw1 – healing signet/frenzy/charge

so, atm myself and like a lot of people have shadow step and shadow refuge as #7 and #8, but the last slot i am unsure what is better. infiltration signet vs roll of initiative. both are great but i am not sure what is best to use.
i have come from a wvw background and I use a lot different skill’s for #9, but lately i have been using infiltration signet. but in spvp i have been using roll of initiative. both work amazing but i am still not sure what would be the best to use.
Tbh i dunno why i am asking you guys this because its my mind that will choose the last skill, but what would you take?

For your last utility, infiltraitor’s signet, signet of agility, blinding powder, smokescreen, devourers venom, and shadow trap are all really good choices. It depends somewhat on your build and trait choice, but the best utility will be the one that best fits your playstyle.
However, I wouldn’t use roll for initiative. Withdraw can cover its use just as well, and you don’t really need the extra initiative it gives. You typically won’t be starving for initiative, and if you are, there are better utilities to take.
Edit – If you’re using s/d, then your best choice is probably signet of agility. Giving you extra dodges is so good on an acrobatics build. You don’t need infiltrators or roll for initiative because you already have a teleport on your weapon. The extra precision from the signet will also help in proccing your sigils, which is where a lot of your damage comes from.
