I’ve been looking for a direct damage build which will work well in both PvE, and 1v1 or roaming in WvW (and doable in sPvP). So far, only weaponset I could think of that could do this is S/P.
D/P seems great in PvP but subpar in PvE, while D/D is subpar in a lot of 1v1 situations (unless you encounter squishies and/or upleveled players). One of the biggest problems I’m having is stat allocation. A lot of thief builds go around with 15k health or less in PvP, but I’ve noticed that this can be a bit tedious in PvE. The toughness and low health of many PvP builds can be certain death in PvE.
Any advice on good all-round direct damage builds? Also trying to figure out the best stat allocation.
