I’m sure many would ask why lotus in the dardeavil traitline. The reason is 1) More heals. 2) Cripples to land sw/p skill 3.

The build is versatile but operates defensively by landing sw/pistol skill 3 over and over again. If you like D/p set or need something different for the situation you can use D/p to escape or blind. (It has the mobility)

Dodging in the shadow of refuge gives leeching bolts.

This is intended as a point guard with evade evade evade and overloaded self healing but remember not hitting will stop your healing.

Interesting, the trait combination has the similar function of the GW1 shadow refuge.

S/P carves through DH like a hot knife through butter. My guild mate runs the combo and DH trap sitters just explode with nary a scratch on him.

Consider taking swindlers. You get the 7 percent boost to damage and given the build generates a lot of evades you can help lower that steal cooldown to make up for there being no trickery line in the build.

Another thing to consider is that if you have that healing coming in all the time and can keep health above 75 percent for much of a battle , GI will keep confusion weakness slow and vuln off.

HTC a great skill but there is a downside that if one of those effects occurs against you in a fight where your endurance already high , it just a stun break on a 30 second cooldown. It stunned and seeing it kick in, it out of play for 30 seconds.

Reflexive strikes is also a nice option depending on how well your condition clears work. Generaly I find PR a better choice , but in a s/x build reflexive works nice in that it can generate evades all on its own which can lower steal coold down plus give added ini, regen and vigor off acro and heals plus condition cleanse coming along from daredevil line.
