It’s pretty good. More of a side-grade in some departments. Dash dodge compliments the “free & fluid” movement you want with S/D. You gotta sacrifice DA or Acro for it which kinda sucks cause they’re both important in some aspects.

This is what I’ve been playing post-patch. Obviously Evasive Empoverment is now Havoc Master and the new healing channel is buffed to 3/4s.

I would never give out DA for Acro. If you slot the new heal and Signet of Agility, along with regaining Endurance with succesful Steals, you will have all the endurance you could ever hope to have. Acro just doesn’t give enough to warrant taking over DA imo. I am still running Vampirism runes for financial reasons, but I would probably take Scrapper runes if I could. That 17% mitigation sounds awesome. Weakening Strikes for minor DD is also an option with DA, as you’ll be applying Vulnerability with crits (10s icd), AA Chain 3 and Steal.

In PvP/duels you could easily replace Shadow Step with Bandit’s Defense. It gives you a low-cooldown stun break, shield and a knockback along with it. Shadow Refuge is also highly questionable with Dash, as it’s easy to accidently dodge out of it now, so you could always lay it safe and take Smoke Powder instead. You have a ton of mobility with Dash and Shortbow 5, disengaging should never be a problem.

Overall S/D feels pretty fluid now. It’s definitely way better than it was pre-HoT.

I honestly would never have believed anyone telling me the new Daredevil heal could be better than, Withdraw, but its actually amazing.
It’s so fast, heals for quite a lot, and gives 1 and a half dodge worth of energy. Having dash means you’re not too scared of immobilize which you usually are without withdraw.

I recommend everyone to try it out some. It’s really nice.
