I run in a 4 man roaming group (2 wars 1 Guard). Usually i play a Nature’s Voice melee ranger (gs+s/d). It plays great, I provide perma swiftness/regen for the team and when I am inevitably targeted first I have the weapon evades, massive hp regen and stability from RaO needed to make other groups regret their choice. 1v1 I win most of the time, with only certain classes in combination with perplexity (mesmers/necros/thieves) being “hard” matchups, though most of those have bad mobility and are easy to reset or leave.
I’m looking for a thief spec that plays simalarly (though understandably would be less tanky). i want an S/D spec thats good for roaming solo and 4man play. I am a big fan of Arkadius’s Mirage vids, though I’m leaning towards venom share potential so that I’m still providing interesting mechanics to the team. Any thoughts?

idk, this is pretty support heavy, venom share, boon removal, fury swiftness and vigor + 2 ripped boons via steal, stealth to support.
maybe i went too heavy into condition damage,i just wanted a mix between power precision and condi dmg.
i took random armor runes which looked good. feel free to change stuff did that in 5 minutes.

imo it has to be playable esp for a venom share build. venom share means u r a supporter and for a thief with not that high of a sustainability that means u should have ur ways of making urself invis and maybe stay in stealth to fullfill ur supporter role. that said i would go for dp + pd and wouldnt rely on heal urself with venoms.
no one in ur grp seem to be able to stack bleeds so going for condition thief looks promising. with 3 melees u wanna cc a lot wich u can with p #2 and cripple while leaving calldrops when dodge and calldrops in genereal.
skills: sr, calldrops and max two venom if venomshare overall is playable in ur Group.
as for the boonripper s/d builds there`re plenty of them out there 20 in trickery (V,VII as said) is necessary and u root via sword #2 wich will be nerved. but i can not imagine that both builds merged to one is a fun or practical way to play. u can test and teach me otherwise tho.
e:\ i met the other day a rly good s/d thief from EVO on the side of his Guardian friend. he played the pvp build 10 30 0 30 0 and was way to much to handle but he was more of a dmg than a cc source.
