Just wondering if there is an armor set that looks like Neo from the matrix. Personally, I would like to transmog in the near future to look like him

Neo is over used. Try making your character look like Will Smith.

There was a light armor during the Mesmer presentation (the one that the “Cloud-like” Sylvari wears that could’ve been used for that, but I think that design isn’t in game.
