Hi, i am playing with a contition thief and wondered what the best armour (stat/cond damage wise) is?

I have a Leatherworker and am currently wearing rare Carion armour and hunting for the regs for some exotic armour but wondering if there are any dungeon/Karma armour that would be better for my Condition Thief?

All advice apreciated :-)

Condition damage tank with some decent low end direct damage hits? Full Carion
Condition damage with a lot of tank, but pitiful direct damage hits? Full Shaman
