It seems our damage are fine, I don’t personally think it is but it is fine for the devs.

So keeping the damage as it is, thieves can be viable if when stealthed they get protection and resistance.

So we Will be able to use hit and run tactics !

Because today, we can maybe hit for 25% of the HP Target only twice in a fight ! Shadowstep has a too long cd so if we try to hit a third Time instead of fleeing we Die.

Our damage doesn’t scare anyone ! to beat someone he has to be AFK or a be a bad warrior or ranger !
Or make our damage in Line with our survivability

You want thieves to become the only thing anyone ever plays in PVP?

Thieves shouldnt get diddly.

Thief used to get protection in stealth instead of regeneration at launch.
With the mass AoE there is currently it’s more likely now than ever to come back.

A victor gives no quarter when the victor shows no clemency or mercy
and refuses to spare the life in return for the surrender at discretion (unconditional surrender)
of a vanquished opponent.

Good luck with this. Before specialization even came out, they released patch notes giving thieves 50% damage reduction in stealth as a grandmaster minor (resilience of shadows) and, as you guessed, EVERYBODY CRIED. The trait was nerfed before we even got a chance to try it.

So, taking into account everybody can two shoot us, our backstab should be buffed at least by 100% ! if not 200% !
