Yeah it was poorly implemented. Whoever came up with this change should realt stop working on thieves changes.
Thief might not be as strong as last year
but they’re a lot stronger
than they will be next year!

why not just not have a cooldown on your #1 weapon skill REGARDLESS OF STEALTH OR NOT?
ye i would rather not have sneak atack on shortbow than have 2 sec cooldown.
