BUNKER THIEF/ High Survivability
20 Shadow Arts and you don’t go 30 Shadow Arts?
Hidden Assassin and Shadow Rejuvenation are some of the best traits out there.
Instead you traited Pain Response?
I admire that you “discover” your build by your own,but sometimes is just better to check what other people do…
Edit:Also you plan to dodge constantly and you didn’t trait for might on dodge.

I’m not sure how good Shadow Rejuvination is because I’ve never tried it… But Shadow Assassin is kind of useless for a bunker thief. Plus this build does not require you to always be stealth nor should you need to stealth too often. The idea of this build is to dodge none stop and use deathblossom. I use this build regularly, and I usually have more health regen than i need.
I traited for caltrops on dodge to apply bleed and slow. Might is not a necessity in a bunker build.
OK i will explain…
Perma-dodging will not work as good as you imagine, but this you will learn the hard way anyway.
Concerning Hidden Assassin,it’s anything but useless. It makes your bleeds more powerful(same as might on dodge).
More health regen than you need? This i cannot comment.I am happy that you are happy with your regen.
Long thing short:might increases condition damage(including the bleeds you applied before hand)

Sounds like a gimped version of a Pistol/Dagger build.
take 30 in shadow arts, 20 in acro, 20 in trick call it a day. You basically have the d/d or P/d condition thief spec but you don’t have 30 in SA. You can twist it and put points in da if you like for the condition duration. Also since your gearing for conditions and bleeds basically focusing on power doesn’t do alot if your just spamming db anyway since it really doesnt do alot of damage. Backstab mmm I guess but you really should get take hidden assassin for the stacks of might shadow refuge will get you 10 stacks on its on.
I don’t know its kind of all over the place imo the way you built this its like it wants to be a direct damage and condition build. DB has some good long bleeds on it 3 stacks thats good but direct damage is kind of wasted imo since your just really focused on spam from db and your backstabs will be average and will they be a big part of your rotation.
I can see the idea behind it I suppose but really if your undecided between condition and direct damage you are better off focusing on 1 or the other as a thief its like a GC DD thief who is all in da and crit but puts venom sigils on his weapons to increase choking gas by 10% not optimal

The ‘bunker’ bit is misleading, I’d say ppl refer to bunkers for sPvP, because it also requires the ‘bunker’ to be able to hold a point, which isn’t exactly present in PvE. I’d say you are trying to make a tank.
Tbh, with all that power you’re stacking you’re better off going for solid damage, instead of weak bleeds. Maybe use Sword/dagger and use flanking strike as your ‘evading attack’. Still, I think you need to change your gear, you’re focused on using condition damage but have no condition damage at all.
You can actually be forever tanky against non-champ mobs just using black powder on pistol offhand.
“it doesn’t make you spend hours preparing to have fun, rather than having fun”
Guild missions say otherwise.
The reason its called bunker thief is because this build isn’t made to do a lot of condition damage or hard back stabs, thats what condition and power cannon builds are for. This build is for survivability. I’ve been using this build for over a week now and have run fotm 28 flawlessly, and can’t find a dungeon i have a hard time with. In pvp it’s a different story. I don’t kill as much people as i want to, nor as often. But they sure as hell have a hard time catching me. I strongly suggest giving this build a twirl. It seems to be all over the place, but in fact it is very balanced all around, and gives you the option to chose how to play your thief in certain situations.
