[Balance] Haste
I really think they should modify this utility.
Right now we can see a lot of thieves who use it only for the “10-5-f1-1-2-2-2-2-2-2-” combo. It’s kinda broken that way because if they don’t insta-kill someone, they switch of weapon, they use shadow’s refuge then they flee with SB.
For a more common use it is not a usefull utility. Why is that ? Because it makes us lose all of our endurance + stop the endurance’s regeneration for a certain amount of time. It’s the worst thing to use to break stun actually, but it is our only offensive break stun, and by that i mean something that improve our DPS not just a TP.My guess is they should nerf the movement speed improvement (actually +100%, i think of something more like 30-50%) and delete the negative effect. That way it will be a great break stun and they will finaly manage to properly nerf GC-trololo build.
And maybe.. I just say MAYBE, whiners are going to cry less.
Couldn’t you use the signet that refills the endurance bar?
I know that works, but I don’t see why we don’t use this combo more often.

I don’t think my traits do anything but you can check
Testing some more, the trait that also restores some endurance also works.
What Haste prevents you from doing is regenerating normally. So yes the Signet and Trait line work.

Your proposal is good,but whiners are not going to cry less.Quite the opposite.
Warriors(who almost w/o exceptions are cry babies) will start to QQ to the heavens,because Haste cannot be changed by itself,it will affect their Frenzy and any other quickness skills in the game.

I’d vote for removal of quickness in spvp and wv3, leave it for pve. Just ruins the fun for me and the victim. Feels ackward and out of place in the pace of combat. It’s extremely efficient. Too much in my view.
Change Quickness to a stacking-style effect, 10 % attack/use speed increase with up to 10 stacks. This way proc-Quickness can be preserved by giving it 10 stacks (100 %) or less stacks and less CD (say 3 stacks but 10 second cooldown), and activated quickness can be more finely tuned. 5 stacks for a slightly longer duration (6 seconds), or even 3 stacks for a long duration (10 seconds) would be more reasonable.
The problem with most straight Quickness nerf suggestions is that they’d destroy the already decently-balanced power of proc triggered Quickness from traits/sigils.
