what is the best WvW roaming build right now?
after the patch i’m a little confused about how things changed for wvw thiefs

It’s relatively easy to play, and with some practice it can be VERY strong in 1v1 or even 1vx situations.

The elite should be swapped out based on the situation, but i really like basi venom if im not going to be pushing into a zerg.

And I always carry a sword/dagger setup in my bag in case i need to fight an ele/guard/engi that relies on boons. I have tried replacing the shortbow, but its utility and escape options are way too good for me to let go. The mobility, z-axis movement, and the ability to teleport while immobilized gives us more escapability than almost any other class.

0/30/30/10/0 gives more damage but i think the build i linked is much superior. If you have questions hit me up in game.

Berserker gear, d/d or d/p or p/p or s/d and shortbow.

Imo i cant live whitout some points in Acrobatics so that builds really suites me.

@Rissou i prefer builds with acrobatics, dont get me wrong, your builds are nice but its end up being personal preference

Mine. Dagger/Pistol 0-10-30-30-0 full berserker. You basically sacrifice a little of dps to gain godlike survivability. Check the video in the sig for more infos.
