Berserker on boots, hands and shoulders, Soldiers on the rest, or Knight’s if you can’t get a piece (temple armor has no soldier’s legs).
The best type of armor is the one that fits your build. Don’t listen to the “ZERKER OR BURST HURDEEHURHUR” people, please.
In general zerker yes. Some vita / toughness may not be false too. But mainly power, precision and crit dmg.

It really depends on what you are doing in PvE.
If you are planning to use it for dungeon speedruns (the real speedruns) Berserker is ALWAYS the way to go.
If you are planning to just do some casual stuff like dungeon runs with random/guild people and not going for records/farming times you can run whatever you want.
In this case, just run what gives you most pleasure, dont ruin your gameplay experience just because others tell you what to run.

I forgot, for just normal pve, world bosses, running around doing explorer and stuff, read the part about casual stuff
