What should i go for constant p1 farming to be on par with zerk warrs etc that make me desireble for groups build/wep combo wise?
The weapon-set I recommend for all PvE Dungeon content is S/P due to the sets ability to blind, immobilize, daze, stun, and do a bunch of damage. As a Thief, keeping up or exceeding zerker Warriors has never really been much of a problem for me. I usually find myself doing more damage over the course of the fight. S/P allows you to have a ridiculous amount of sustain while still being useful to your party.
I normally run Hide in Shadows, Blinding Powder, Shadow Refuge, Ambush Trap (this slot changes often. Signet of Shadows, Smoke Screen, Assassin’s Signet, Haste. Even Scorpion Wire makes the cut at times.)
I find it VERY important to have both Blinding Powder and Shadow Refuge, especially for CoF P1 farming. Being able to Stealth your party for 15+ seconds is ideal and can benefit your group by not having to deal with certain mobs and areas.
Edit: Forgot to mention that Hide in Shadows can EASILY be replaced by Signet of Malice. Combined with Pistol Whip, SoM is probably the best healing skill in the game.

For maximum DPS I’d go with something like this: http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fYAQRAoY4YlYmKOHcS8E95Ex2jeuTeyVwoaPoJObJA-j0xAYrBRTiCEVI0Jviox2GKiGruGT5SEVDA-w
The heal can be swapped to Signet of Malice for more sustained healing, but you’re better off just trying to stay behind or in the back of the enemy. Alternatively you can grab signet of malice and take the various signet traits in the critical strikes line. If you have less warriors giving fury 10 could be dropped from deadly arts to trickery for thrill of the crime.
PS: S/P is an alright set for certain dungeons, but is a very low dps set for most of CoF p1. Consider it, or S/D for the first 2 veterans you fight at the beginning for the cleave damage, but after those d/d is better. You’re better off using d/d and keeping up a stealth rotation to get backstabs consistently, then heartseeker spam once the mob is below 25%. You may want to equip a sword or shadowstep for the final boss. Also equiping a stealth or shadowstep to quickly bypass the mobs on the bridge is probably a good idea, however the skill loadout listed there is best for the first champion, doing the gate, and quickly killing acolytes.
