I need a collection called “charged staff head” for the machined staff collection. Anyone know how i can obtain this? The hint stated i need an oil weapon component and charge it in magus falls.

You can either craft the piece you need with its respective crafting profession (Oiled Staff Head – Artificing, Oiled Longbow Shaft – Hunstman) or buy the part off of the TP.
