I`m not sure if it`s intended but before this patch steal applied the basilisk venom. Now the venom seems to just disappear after using steal which is odd because we can`t just c&d+steal with the effect of basilisk venom being proced on the target. Tried this on training dummies and pvp a lot of times so it most definitely does happen.

What`s the point of having it`s duration increased with 0.5sec if they remove it’s only usefulness as in, set up the perfect backstab.

And you didn’t change anything since yesterday?You still have Mug?
Edit:The venom should be aplyed by C&D if you don’t have mug so is strange indeed.

Well if I have mug, the basilisk venom is indeed proced. But it`s weird that if i opt to not go for mug the venom just disappears and c&d just stealths me withouth the stone effect. Before the patch i noticed that venom also went away on weapon swap but that`s fixed now.

Steal isnt considered an attack before mug, it does no damage correct? So therefor not an attack which wouldnt proc basilisk venom but maybe waste the useage. FYI mug is a must for any thief build, I cant see why you wouldnt get it.
