Hi all, I wanted to make a build that would work just as well as other thief builds, but work with sword/pistol. This is what I came up with.

The concept of the build is to land damage with smart daze application. The way you want to land burst goes pretty much like this.

Steal and gain stealth so you can immediately tactical strike them. The steal is a 1s daze and the tactical strike is a 1 1/2s daze.

Because of the cast time of pistol whip the steal daze and immob from inflitrators strike give them time to dodge your pistol whip. The daze from tactical strike gives you time to land cast it and land another 1/2s stun.

I also took invigoration precision because it gives you sustain and you can crit for a good amount. You can also choose No Quarter, but I thought the extra healing helped overall.

You have alot of stealth with this build to land those tactical strikes and survive burst.

I don’t play thief much so I was hoping more experienced thieves could try it and maybe give feedback. I had some good success with it and in the right hands could become a viable new build.

Just FYI you can dodge while dazed. So that bit where gives the no time to dodge is no good.

Best way to land your pw is to precast it and the steal right before the daze applies…

Yea i did it that way at first, but wanted to utilize the stealth for tactical strike. I’m still playing with the build but so far it is doing its job +1ing fights.
