O hai to all the nice people who could actually be bothered reading this. Anyway this is the build I’m aiming for on my Thief main, currently level 60.

What I would like to know is if this build is viable for PvE. My ideal rotation would be Shadowstep>CnD>Assassin’s Signet>Backstab>DB>DB>Heartseeker spam.
I don’t really know about sigils or jewels to use so I’d really appreciate it if you could recommend them.

What an odd build.
Generally speaking utilizing both Crit-Damage and Condition damage always leave you with sub-par results. And both D/D and P/P are mainly Power weapon-sets.
I can’t recommend you use the build you posted as it doesn’t have any obvious synergy to me.
Stick with a pure Power build and roll with a 15/30/10/15/0 build instead.
