Charr thief dodge shadow

Okay we all know asura don’t have the dodge effect, so i rolled with charr, now it seems the charr no longer have the shadow as well? can a dev comment on this and somehow please put them back?

Same problem one patch back stopped working blur effect on Charr Thief.

Evilek lvl 80 Charr Thief Why no ?
Fredy Brimstone lvl 80 Mighty Warrior

Any word from the dev team about this? was this intentional or accidental ?
