After some time off the game, I have read up on the updates.
Is contesting waypionts solo (keeps,SM in wvw) still viable?

What builds/skills are used now?

you can’t contest while stealthed any more, so for things with small or open capture circles, not so much.

Lol I found that out the hard way last night. when our server makes a push on eb to enemy area, i like to knock on the door of keep to contest it.

I read the 30 timer on swords, does white swords still block use of wp or do they need to be orange swords

I ended up using sb 3 to tag the door and break guard argo.

A lot can change in a few months, too long to be away. I’m back now so all is good.
