Crippling Bleeding and Poison

Just started sPVP with the thief, very frustrating at the same time fun when you are the fastest target.
My main problem is fighting Elementalists (not even sure how they heal so much _)
The base health of the thief is SO BAD. I’m running a BLEED build on my theif.
18k hp, death blossom bleed ~ 4600. and my gear has +15% bleed duration, with +10% on each weapon.
The reason the topic name is because I noticed something while playing with my crippling skills.
It’s a 50% move speed reduction, but when you are in combat you’re already running so slow. . that I’m not even sure its worth the time to use crippling skills at all.
My whole builds source of damage is reliant on their heal being on cooldown and that the heal doesn’t remove conditions (many many heal spells remove at LEAST 3 sources of condition damage)
And theifs are forced to run away.. alot (kiting) And once the target is out of combat, they just auto regen and all of my bleed stacks are cured and seems like I didn’t do anything that fight. When I do kill someone, I’m usually low health. . I can’t finish off the player. . . forced to death blossom spam and hope no one revives them!
Dancing dagger (dagger off hand) was reduced by 50% damage, yet you can rarely have the opportunity to land it. . the range is too short to cripple.
The healing reduction on poison (venom) is only 33%. . . not sure how it calculates into players using heals that remove conditions -_-
Using the shortbow is fun too, but we’re looking at 500-1k damage with a 1.5k bleed, and a 1k poison. . good numbers but not when players are running everywhere. Not to mention if you are seen you’re INSTA CC’d
