Also, how can I quickly find out if a mesmer is PU or not?

Shortbow a lot. Only use your daggers for opening and for the kill. The rest of the fight should be shortbow. If it looks like they’re some super tanky variant, and you can’t outdamage their regeneration, just turn around and walk away.

You can find out if a mesmer is PU if he/she goes into stealth and comes out with Aegis, Regeneration and Protection.

I forgot to say, you can also try Invigorating Precision to keep up with their sustain. However, I’m not sure you’d have enough damage to kill them.

That wouldn’t be worth taking in group pvp.

Place 2 in SA for shadow’s embrace instead of mug, bette yet just switch to panic strike build 6/0/2/0/6 my favourite build.

Lol PU Mesmer is terrible in PvP you should be glad if there’s one on the enemy team. In terms of beating them dodge their scepter blocks and use steal when they have aegis and protection. Also cleave the staff clones down, they’re most of the mesmer’s damage. You can always disengage and reset and they can’t catch you either. Also remember they’re still a mesmer. They have low health and armor even with Rabid Amulet. Just train then down.
