With this weapons, would you create a build based on condition damage or on critical hits?

I’ve seem to get more damage of the critical hits. Sb isn’t much for conditions to me. A little bit of poison and some bleeds. The bleeds aren’t that long. I find it better to crit on the cluster bombs.

Plus yiur going to probably bs with the d/p and its only poison on the dagger auto chain and some blinds that last long enough anyways.
