Does anyone know exactly how this skill picks targets and its attack rate? It feels like when my framerate tanks in wvw, the amount of daggers per second drops along with it.

I can’t comment on that, but it typically sends out roughly 6 projectiles per second into different directions which in turn bounce to nearby targets, all while reflecting incoming projectiles back at their sender.

Yea I’m not sure how it does it either. Sometimes it seems like my daggers hit everyone a lot and other times it feels like it just isn’t hitting anyone. Still an awesome elite skill despite all this though.
