Essentially the question is in the title. Currently I’m looking to gear my thief up a little for WvW. The karma gear (specifically the Balthazar gear) has a lot of vitality (good!), but also a lot of +Healing.

Is it worth my while to get +Healing considering I’m P/P with Signet of Malice as heal? Does the passive of Signet of Malice benefit from +Healing (I hope so, but suspect not), or is it simply the active?

Yes it does but not as much as you would hope. Full DPS it heals just over 100 per hit for me, Full healing spec (including full exotic gear) it heals about 160 per hit.
