I noticed that on the list of changes some were going to effect pvp only ( CnD reduced dmg by 33% ), while others it didn’t specify what it effected ( ex/ reduced cool down to Blinding Powder from 60 – 40 I think ). Can anyone say for sure weather or not CnD is changed for WvW, or is it only sPvP. Also, if Blinding Powder changes effect WvW and sPvP. I’m thinking that if the CnD change only effects sPvP and Blinding Powder effects both, then thieves who mainly do WvW were given some love!

WvW is defined as PvE, so no, the cloak and dagger nerf doesn’t effect thieves there.

CnD does not have a “nerd effect” in WvW.

Yes, C&D its nerd in www, it retained its dmg….
