believing…….. In Karl.

• Don’t Stop:
The effects of cripple and chill on you are reduced by 50%, meaning your movement is decreased by 25% and 33% respectively, rather than 50% and 66%. If you would become immobilized, you are instead crippled for 4 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds.

Are you suggesting that this trait is bad or OP? (or neither?:P) I think this is a good trait and I don’t think it’s OP. I mean thieves can only remove cripple/immob and chill with Withdrawal, so being crippled instead of immobilized is still hampering movement a lot.:P

Don’t pretend like this isnt a big deal; being literally immune to immob is huge. It’s welcome with the sweeping changes across the board though, and I hope it isnt placed on the chopping block when the dust settles after release.

I used to think (build op, pls nerf) like you, but then I took a nerf to the knee.

good thing my playstyle doesn’t rely much on immobilize…otherwise this really cannot be allowed to stand

Engies would be kittening crying if they didnt have orbital lasers and fountains of heals right now.

The synergy Don’t Stop has with S/D is amazing. It almost bothers me that I can’t have invigorating precision (not that I use it now) just for that kind of "relentless pursuit" idea of a build. Almost. It actually creates an uncertainty between Don’t Stop and Upper Hand. Upper hand could be as strong as the pre-nerfed Opportunist trait with added "skill" to utilise it. It’s no small thing either; even when playing 2/6/0/0/6, the initiative from Opportunist as it is currently is noticeable. On the other hand, it’s usually immobilise that gets you killed as a thief when you’re unfortunate enough to get hit by it, and a dead thief deals no damage. Acrobatics looks extremely advertising as a trait line now.

Eh…I already feel immune to immobilize on thief as it is. Even when I can’t cleanse, I can still just port away.

Actually, when i woke up this morning before seeing these notes, i had that song stuck in my mind.

Wasn’t saying it was bad or Op anyways, I think it will be a really good trait to take.

Either the one that balances thieves doesn’t have a clue or the new elite specialization has abilities/bonuses that require them to “balance” things as we see them now.

I.e., if we get rifle, then it may be a 1200 range, little-to-no stealth build.

I’m guessing it’s more the former than the latter.

I think the trait is fine as it is! And it’s not a trait that makes immob ineffective on you. Cripple for 4 seconds is just as bad:P When thieves get focussed in teamfights there’s a high likelyhood that you will get more then 1 immob on you every 10 seconds. Aside that on 1 vs 1 I don’t think good thieves would get hit my immobs (only the ones without a clear animation one from Gaurdian and Elementalist signets I think).

All by all a nice trait I think! Not overpowered but not bad either!
