Bilbo Baggins – Master Burglar.
Bilbo can perma stealth.
Now you have to ask yourself this, is Bilbo OP?
Bilbo takes constant Agony Damage.
He can be sensed and damaged by enemies with battle experience whilst in stealth.
No one really appreciates him in team settings until they need help.
Would Bilbo complain if they took his perma stealth ring?
Hell yes, its his precious.
Bilbo knows our pain.
But, did Bilbo re-roll when he left middle earth?
Some say yes, but i say NAY!
Nay Non-believers. We will stick to the profession no matter how much agony or confusion we take.
Yes, Gandalf could give more buffs and swiftness but we wont play the blame game.

Stealthing to a Keep near you!

Sure Bilbo has Perma Stealth, but he had to gear for it and the drop rate for that ring is crazy low. Even then, he only uses it when he needs Perma. The stats on it are way situational.

Still, I would covet that ring too. Never see one on the TP. I half believe it’s the only one of its kind or something.
