1 is yes but i havent really used the other traits you mentioned here.
i tried assassins reward but it didnt seem worth it to me.
1) I’m not entirely sure, it should.
2) It’s random
3) No cooldown, it lasts 3 seconds (That plus Shortbow’s poison field = mass weakness)
4) It scales with healing power, at level 80 the equation is 69 + (0.035 x Healing Power) per initiative used it can be useful to take if you’re using a lot of initiative (For example a D/D Death Blossom build)
5) I’m not entirely sure… It should remove the boons and grant them to yourself and allies like other similarly worded abilities. If it’s not it’s possible it is bugged against those ogres or something.

I was just experimenting with Improvisation today and came here to ask about it.
There’s a problem – it does not work when I only have signets equipped and none of the other skills. It does seem to work when I have mix, like signets + venoms or signets + Tricks.
Anyone else get that problem too?

Assassin’s reward works? Did they just fixed it recently or? I tried it on pistols’ #3 skill but it doesn’t do anything.

It works, you have to be damaged for green numbers to show if you were testing on pvp lobby with golems you won’t see them.
I gotta go back home and test again then. I tried it in PvE. While allowing myself to get whacked and then backing off before unloading. Is it like a instantaneous heal?

It heals you after the skill ends. It doesn’t heal for much, a total not enchaced bar od 12 initiative will heal you for 828 damage, so you won’t notice each separate skill being a great impact in your bar, but you will see the green numbers popping.
While it might not seem a great heal, overtime it’s fair enough. There is a guardian trait that 99% of Guardian’s take (Altruistic Healing) that heals them 72 for each boon they apply (to themselves and to any ally).
Passive healing isn’t as impresive as what you get from your slot6 heal, but overtime they’re great as they can heal you for half (or more in the right build) of your healing skill in the time they get to recharge.
I personally don’t use AR (though AH in the Guardian is great) as I tend to pick Quick Recovery instead, but it has great potential.
