Fleet Shadow changed?

Probably both due to minions/ranger pets/temp pets.

Only can say about WvW, havent tried in PvE nor PvP.

I notice no difference in or out of combat seems the same as before the patch(giving the correct speed bonus)
I just hopped back in game just to test it to make sure I missed something but the speed boost is definitely still there in and out of combat.

Fleet Shadow is incredible as X/Dagger to quickly move on/away from a/some targets.

You always remain in combat when you stealth, especially in WvW. This was not changed at all in the most recent patch. In pve, sometimes using shadow refuge will eventually get you out of combat, but the only way to get out of combat in pvp is to get out of the combat radius or kill your enemy.

In PvP, fleet shadow is amazing – its practically required to get behind a good player who knows to keep moving when a thief stealth nears them. That’s why they changed Fleet shadow to 50% when they gave other classes a 25% movement speed signet.
