FotM - Big Tom and smoke screen
I guess it has to do something with the change made for WvsW so that screens couldn’t destroy certain siege projectiles.
Big Tom should had the ‘special projectile’ switch ‘enabled’ by default, thus, things get messed up automatically, as always, and one of our few utilities that are worthy for dungeon play is rendered totally useless.
Thanks God that thieves have an easy time finding groups for high-lvl dungeons…. Oh wait….
It probably means that all the tools for all classes used to block those projectiles don’t work anymore though.
it also no longer works against the boss in Cm, cant remember his name right now, think it was pete or something and he has a shotgun.
anyone else come in here thinkin it was a new flavor of the month build?
Guard walls/bubbles don’t either. Tom’s projectiles are supposed to be unblockable in order to make you use the crystals/fans. The fact that various profession skills could block his skills was a bug that made the encounter far easier than it was supposed to be. have you never accomplished tom without using smokescreen and reflection type skills? It’s not that hard.
