I would be happy if Anet implemented more shadowstep skills, and teleports rather than this stealth. That has been getting bad publicity ever since the thief came out.

Yeah man, Quite frankly I don’t understand why they even deleted the Assassin. Who said there can’t be a Thief AND an Assassin class in GW2?? Oh right.. The QQers from GW1 that cried about the Assassin class.

Assassin wasn’t that bad in GW1. I’d like to think my Hexmancer was a bit more terrifying, thank you.

HAHA.. Being able to be “No where, but everywhere” as an Assassin was pretty OP.

I prefer turning you into a giant unusable lump of flesh with my Hexes <.<

Speaking of which… I really miss Hexes.

Please include Assassin armor with this update as well.

Agreed. Created a post about this a few hours ago actually. People tend to fear what they can’t see, so this would have been much better

There isn’t enough shadow steps currently? Correct me if I am wrong but sword 2 has no cd and a ridiculous return range. Shortbow 5 also has no cd. There is also shadowstep and shadow trap but they do have cds. Steal can also blink you to a target and you can prep sword 2 before you do it for a return.

No there is never enough of Shadowsteps.

I’d love to have GW1 Assassin back, if Thief was totally scrapped and re-done from the ground up rather than just bandaged over for an awkward transition.

I can only imagine how hilarious Critical Strikes/Agility and Flashing Blades would be if they translated over right now.
