They should but they wont.
They should do so, but Anet forgot thief is a class, have you seen Consume Plasma (Mesmer stolen skill) “Gain all boons” but it doesn’t give Resistance or Quickness even though they are both boons.

+ Gain all boons issue
+ 2/3 refilling endurance issue
+ missing 10% heal on withdraw even if they told, they will make it real.
Honestly I smell a noob dev who don’t know how to dev or it is intentional from designers to make thief never OP in the game.
Sorry devs, but if worker don’t do his job properly he shouldn’t do it at all. It’s just a waste of resources, time and enjoyment of customers.
