Because it kittening sucks. Both XI and XII acrobatics traits sucks. But “Hard to catch” double sucks. It’s random and can teleport you to even worse position, it triggers on daze, it doesn’t break stun, it doesn’t give boons. And it triggers even if you are under kittenING STABILITY EFFECT. For kittens sake do something about it. You can rework it into automatic stunbreaker with 30 seconds of ICD. Just that would make it useful.

“Grants Stability (6s), Regen (10s) and Swiftness(10s) whenever a stunbreaker is used” would be better IMO – active rather than passive. Also gives thief access to stability, but buried 30 points into Acro, so we’re not empowering GC specs.

If you’re a thief and haven’t
pre-ordered HOT at this point,
save yourself the money and don’t bother.

It is frustrating that it works while you’re dagger storming to with stability and lose your positioning. However, it’s necessary in some builds to hard-counter stun locking.

I always wonder about this as well. When I look at it, I often asked, “why swiftness?”

Flavor-wise, I understand that they are trying to emulate a Substitution Jutsu from Naruto.

But Function-wise, with 30s cooldown, it’s not even close to the Substitution Jutsu.

A fix:
- Shadow Form (rename from Hard to Catch)
- Hostile spells targeting you fail, and attacks against you miss as long as you’re disabled. This effect cannot occur more than once every 30 seconds.
