Hey Lurkerfox! I know what one that is, its a crafatble armor. I forget what lvl you to craft/wear, but I know I have made and if you would like one can make one for you if you pay for the mats.

That is the rare armor sets. The set is called Noble. Cheapest way to do it is 15 vials of thin blood per piece for the inscriptions, the only costly parts. Starts with this cheap set at level 35.

Thanks guys ya i just found it sadly it only looks like that for Female So i might have to remake my thief to a female LOL XD

You might try looking into the duelist set with anonymity hood. Looks much like that on a male and very similar to the guy from assasins creed when you have Celestial dye.
