Why is it that sometimes when I steal I get the recharge on one of my utility skills and sometimes I dont. I thought it randomly recharged one of MY utility types randomly, but is it just any possible utility type even if I don’t have it up?

It got UBER nerfed though, I’m pretty kittened they changed it lol. It used to recharge ONE skill of EVERY kind of Utility (trick,Deception,etc). Not worth using it no more. better of using Executioner or whatever.

Man, see I feel like they could give us something like that back, after seeing what Mesmer and engi got. I’m not complaining. I still love my thief, but we definitely didn’t see the same love as a few other classes. A nerf like that doesn’t seem all that necessary…but hey, I dont have the big picture

Agree and I used Impro alot in Dungeons. Never worked like that. The only thing new is 2 time usage of the stolen bundle instead of dealing 10% more DMG using a bundle

Now now, using stolen items twice is quite good for 6/8 skills.
Throw Gunk isn’t fun, and using Whirling Axe just once is allready quite dangerous.
But the other skills?
Ranger – Fast regen and condi cleanse.
Ele – Nice chills (also is it just me or is it easier to apply now?)
Necro – Double AoE Fear is one of the best things I have ever seen in group fights.
Mesmer – All these boons~
Thief – Well I always thought it’s boring, but it’s good for running away.
Guardian – Well I can only imagine the frustration of being locked down so much.

Even if it’s not the most effective trait, it certianly is one of the more fun traits.
