Anyone else notice the knockdown effect doesn’t always work? At first I thought it was just the heat of battle in WvW clouding my expectations but it happened one too many times so I decided to test it. After using it 20 times on NPCs in WvW, 4 times it failed to knockdown the target from stealth.

I have noticed a similar issue with Pulmonary Impact where it should be applied but doesn’t.
