So this build isnt a whole lot different from what i see posted here a lot.
It maximize endurance gain and mobility while keeping good dps.
I have beat several scrapper 1v1 with this. Down side is you miss out on aoe damage and teleports.
Upside is that single target dps is good and provides good single target ranged dps.
Variations can include weakening strikes in DD and condi removal on trick in trickery.
Key with this build is that you can spam evade literally… Run away when you get low and heal for more endurance…
No clue if this works in tpvp or wvw. Adventure rune ftw lol
With virtually infinite evades you can whittle down any class.
